5 of the BEST Last-Minute dinner recipes that won’t break the bank

  1. Sesame Beef Tacos

If you want to make this recipe even healthier I would opt for:

  • 96% lean ground beef
  • Don’t add sugar to the recipe
  • Replace the sour cream with non-flat plain greek yogurt
  • Use corn tortillas instead of flour
  • Use liquid aminos or coconut aminos instead of soy sauce, if that’s too much of a flavor change try using a low-sodium soy sauce
  • Don’t use oil to cook your beef, and use half the amount of sesame oil

  • Using sweet potatos instead of regular potatos

This is the fastest of all to prep! If you’re in a rush to make dinner or don’t have much time you most likely have these ingredients on hand and this is all done in ONE PAN! If you want to make this recipe even healthier I would opt for:

  • Make a homemade sweet Thai chili sauce
  • Opt-out of using vegetable oil
